SHIPPING

A flat shipping charge of INR 79 is applicable pan India. Free shipping on order value above INR 1000. Orders placed with cash on delivery payment method will have an additional charge of 5% of the order value.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with the tracking details of your order. You can also track your order here.

DELIVERY

Our current delivery timeline is about 5-7 working days. Some products have delay intimation mentioned on the product page itself, the timeline will not be applicable to them. Please note that any delays caused in delivery due to logistical issues are not in our control and we are not responsible for the same.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We offer a 7-day exchange and return window from the date of delivery. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within this period.

Once we receive the returned product, our team will conduct a quality check. Upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed within a few business days.
