1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not been shipped.
Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Non-Cancellable Products

Due to the sacred and personalized nature of our products, the following items cannot be cancelled or returned once shipped:

Energized or Prana Pratishtha Yantras
Customized Puja Kits
Personalized Astrology Reports
Rudraksha that has been worn or used

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for:
Damaged or defective products
Wrong item received
Customers must raise a refund request within 48 hours of delivery by sending clear photos/videos as proof.
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Replacement Policy

If eligible, we will offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged or defective items.
Replacement will be shipped after the defective item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging.

5. No Refund Cases

Change of mind after delivery
Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances
Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
